ok, so I think UFC, FFC, FIAT and DOLFIN are all ready for release,
except for the problem reported by Kristian, Harish and Gideon.

Let's just wait until this is resolved.

The new releases of Instant and Viper will not come until tomorrow for
Instant and perhaps Monday for Viper. Maybe we should wait until
then to get a coordinated release. Or else DOLFIN will break instantly
when someone runs a Python demo and Instant has not been updated.
