remove the use of Matrix::mat and Vector::vec. Use instance instead. Change DefaultVector vector attribute to DefaultVector* vector instrad. Anders will free memory later today ;)

Hide patch from Martin; somehow it gives a warning (treated as error). Make boolen parameters from Python map C boolean types in parameter system (in a previous changeset).
