Hi,

If not all packages (gts, petsc, slepc, scotch) are installed, some 
demos will fail. Is this the correct behaviour? The run_all test will 
fail if any of those packages are not installed.

Maybe we should add a note that some of the tests are expectd to fail in 
this case?
