Hi all, I have been working on a new version of FIAT and been somewhat
sidetracked into some symbolics and issues on the Dubiner polynomials.
 Merging what I've done, however, is not for this release, and the work is
not even in the main repository.  I might suggest testing FFC against the
current FIAT release to see if there are any issues.  After the release, we
(FIAT-dev & FFC-dev are all that should be required) should begin discussing
how to integrate and test my new work in FIAT.
Essentially, the new features of FIAT will be:
1.) Arbitrary reference simplex (eliminating the need for my
TransformedSpace class) with all polynomial spaces parametrized over the
geometry/topology
2.) Better information provided about points/weights for functionals.

There are some minor interface changes, but the FFC/FIAT interface is very
localized.
