Hello,

just wanted to tell anyone interested that DOLFIN is now compiling nicely
in Windows. I will add the necessary instructions to the wiki page when I
have the time.

I have created an experimental Windows installer, which may be found at
http://packages.simula.no/win32/FEniCS-8.06++-win32.exe (includes most of
the FEniCS packages). If anyone wants to try it out, simply download and
double-click the file and follow the instructions. The only requirements
are Python (http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.5.2/python-2.5.2.msi) and
NumPy
(http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/numpy/numpy-1.1.0-win32-superpack-python2.5.exe).
The DOLFIN demos are available in <prefix>\share\dolfin\demo, but don't
expect everyone to run smoothly. This is mostly due to bugs in
FFC/Instant/Viper in Windows. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
