Hi

There was a bug in SLEPcEigenSolver.cpp which resulted in a crash when
trying to set the tolerance and number of iterations.  The value of
"eigenvalue spectrum" was being passed to the setTolerance method instead of
"eigenvalue iterations".

I have also removed the electromagnetic demo from the sandbox.
