[HG DOLFIN] Use harmonic smoothing instead of transfinite mean-value interpolation

Use harmonic smoothing instead of transfinite mean-value interpolation
in ALE demo. Transfinite mean-value interpolation is currently broken
(since the mesh is now ordered and we can't assume anything about the
directions).

Bug fix in FunctionSpace::interpolate(). Plotting of user-defined
(not discrete) functions now works also.
