I've noticed that we often forget to update the ChangeLog file as we
fix bugs and add new features.

The ChangeLog file is very useful when we make releases and need to
summarize what's happened since last time. Of course the hg log is
there but it is often cluttered with minor changes that together make
up one big change that needs to go into the ChangeLog.

So please remember to update the ChangeLog when appropriate.
