What platform are you on?

Have you added the install directory to your python path?

If you are on Linux,

what does:

  echo $PYTHONPATH

If this does not include 

  /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages

_and_ your PyDOLFIN installation is actually installed in this directory,
you need to add it in your .bashrc.
