We should list the higher order mesh stuff and it would be nice to have a
demo demonstrating that. Also, it would be good to have a demo for a 2-D
surface mesh (in 3-D) and even a 1-D curve mesh in 3-D. Possibly with
solving the Laplace-Beltrami on the surface or curve.
