Works now and should also work for arbitrarily mixed elements.

Bug description:
1.
Periodic boundary conditions does not work for vectors.

2.
Periodic boundary conditions does not work well for larger meshes, 
since Dolfin seems to find matching dofs every time step.
Can the matching dofs be stored as an array when found the first time?
