Is anyone using the CoefficientSet functionality in the generated
DOLFIN wrappers? I need to rework (simplify) how the wrapper code is
generated to work with the new function class design and it would
make the job easier if I could remove CoefficientSet.

I think it would be easier to add it back later if we need it and I
believe it should be possible to make it simpler with the new function
class design.
