dirvtable bug "fixed" in svn of SWIG

Hello!

For the record: The dirvtable bug causing large leaks in the Python interface 
is now "fixed" in svn of SWIG. It is actually not fixed but the option is 
removed from the optimization option -O. We should probably not rely on using 
-O as most users do not use the latest SWIG.
