Hi,

just updated  my DOLFIN to the newest trunk and now I am running into
a missing header file problem during compilation:

The required header was not installed.
I used the default dorsal trilinos installation, so do I have to tweak 
the installation to get these header files as well? Or anything else I 
have to account for?
