For some unknown reason, the DOLFIN main branch on Launchpad was
broken earlier today. It has now been renamed 'main' --> 'broken' and
I've uploaded my latest branch as the new 'main'.

There are some other branches (most notably Andre's branches) that
might need to be removed and added back (so that they are children of
the new main branch).

Commit emails have also been broken for at least 1-2 days. They might
appear at some point but they are probably lost.
