Hi Zeljka,

Sorry for the late reply. Did you figure this one out? If not, are you
sure you need Trilinos? You can disable it in DOLFIN by running

  scons configure enableTrilinos=no

If you do need to build DOLFIN with Trilinos, please let us know and we
will try to work things out.
