Yes, this is a known problem on Mac OS X. I had to make some changes to
the DOLFIN pkgconfiggenerators to get this to work. I have attached a
file to this response, and you should save it over scons/simula-
scons/simula_scons/pkgconfiggenerators/armadillo.py in your DOLFIN
source.

Try it and let me know how it goes. Soon, this will make it to the main
DOLFIN source tree.
