Hi,

When deriving from GenericVector, gcc 4.2.4 complained about
GenericVector.h:180 and GenericVector.h:182 where there is a wrong
constructor call for Array<double> (should be like line 167 I assume).
In addition it not sufficient to only forward declare Array then.

Strange that gcc 4.4 does not report this.

Since this is a quick fix I didn't want to file a bug.
