This is the reason for the failure on the buildbot (complete output below):

demo: dolfin/la/PETScVector.cpp:128: virtual void
dolfin::PETScVector::get_local(dolfin::Array<double>&) const:
Assertion `values.size() == local_size' failed.

I also get the same error on my computer.
