Which platform are you running?

Is PETSC_ARCH set?

It's very easy to debug. Just add stuff like

  message("PETSC_ARCH = ${PETSC_ARCH}")

in the file cmake/FindSLEPc.cmake.

Also make sure to remove CmakeCache.txt each time before testing.
