Adding error control can be invoked with the parameter -e

    ffc -e -l dolfin Foo.ufl

And the experimental branch of dolfin (error-control) is handling the
generated code. Those interested in the planned user interface can take
a look at

     demo/sandbox/cpp-error-control/main.cpp
