Did Dorsal build Boost for you? In that case you are probably running
DOLFIN against the wrong Boost version. Dorsal will build Boost 1.43,
while (from your ldd output) it has found Boost 1.45 under /usr/local.
Is your LD_LIBRARY_PATH set up correctly? Make sure you source the
dolfin.conf file installed by DOLFIN before running the demo programs.
