It should work with

  DomainBoundary boundary;
  DirichletBC bc(V, G, boundary);

Possibly also with

  DirichletBC bc(V, G, DomainBoundary());

I think the above will compile but I'm not sure what it does. Some C++
expert please enlighten me.
