Only a few things remain for the release of 0.9.11:

All remaining blueprints and bug reports have been assigned. Can we
have it done by Friday this week?

DOLFIN 1.0 is scheduled for this Friday. It's unlikely that will
happen, in particular since it depends on implementing this blueprint:

  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/dolfin/+spec/finish-web-page

I won't have time to fix that until after 1/4, but we could at least
finish 0.9.11 as the next best thing to 1.0.
