The function unit test has failed several times recently on the 32 bit
buildslave with the following (or similar) error:

  File "./test.py", line 97, in testOverLoadAndCallBack
    self.assertAlmostEqual(s0, s2)
AssertionError: 0.36557637568519197 != 0.33360149601407119 within 7 places

This error occurred three times when I ran "mpirun -np 3 python
test.py" in the test/unit/function/python directory 50 times
consecutively on this slave. How can this be fixed?
