I've spent the entire day and most of the weekend on reinstallation
and migrating data from my now semi-broken Macbook. I can't use the
network since that gives me a kernel panic and it looks like the USB
stick I've been using to transfer data (in small pieces) just
broke... :-(

So my answer is still as soon as possible. It's on the top of my todo
list.
