What platform are you on?

We currently only have binary packages for Debian, Ubuntu, Mac OS X and
Windows. If you are not on any of these platforms, you either have to
build all packages by yourself or you can for instance install Ubuntu in
a virtual machine and use the binary packages for Ubuntu.
