Using vtk to read in .vtk files

Hello!

How do I use pyvtk to read in vtk files generated by DOLFIN. I would love to 
eventually end up with a Full fledge Function, but I am cool with a numpy 
arrays of the mesh and the values too.

I think we have discussed this previously and I think I suggested to add this 
such functionality to the Python interface of DOLFIN :)
