DOLFIN is not able to find MTL4 on my machine. I usually don't care
but need it to run some of the new unit tests for the book.

I have set MTL4_DIR to the Dorsal installation directory (installed
just a couple of days ago) and that directory contains

  include/boost/numeric/mtl/

with lots of stuff.

Any ideas what may go wrong or how to debug it?
