No one is by default subscribed to blueprints. This means that keeping track of blueprint "discussions"
is random at best.I suggest that we always subscribe the core team when adding a new blueprint as a basic policy. (Now that we are introducing policies...)
Or, admins: is there a setting for this in Launchpad that can be turned on? -- Marie
