I have installed the Ubuntu PETSc package on precise-amd64 and changed
back to using the Ubuntu OpenMPI and PETSc packages on precise-i386.
This resulted in random segfaults and timeouts on these buildbots. It
looks to be related to this bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/dolfin/+bug/1036992

If this is a bug in the OpenMPI or PETSc packages on Ubuntu as claimed
in that bug report, we should probably just turn of parallel testing
on these platforms.
