I've added it but not really enabled it on any platform. If it is
crucial/awesome, I can try to make it the default petsc package almost
everywhere by enabling trilinos before petsc in different platform files.

Otherwise, I will later remove it because seeing a red line when I run
./test-package-usage.sh in the utilities folder makes me sad. :(
