Yes. This is what I got from running only ./dorsal.sh (it didn't pick up MTL4):

However, that was with STABLE_BUILD=true. I'm trying with
STABLE_BUILD=false now but I don't think that will be different.
Also the DOLFIN package for 12.04 in the PPA picks up CGAL correctly:
