Hmm well i dont want to do all the website work by myself but im happy to do some so what if we share it a bit Jay? like ill do the actual website and maybe you can contribute actual screenshots and documentation and maybe a few other things, this way i dont have to do ALL of it but ill still be able to do MOST of it. Just dont forget that i have studies too, so i cant be on for 15 hours a day. Plus im also working on my own lp project alot of the time.

Once we get some solid work on the project happening then ill begin making the website. Until then there is not much point. I was thinking of putting the website up and having it ready just before we make our first release.

Hopefully we can get some of the big decisions down quickly so that we can actually start building something productive here.

so Charl im going to ask you to make a new post on the mailing list, listing the questions that need answering and voting on. also we should vinalize a logo and create a project in lp for this and make the team the owner and driver. Next thing that we should do is register a mainline branch for bzr and link it to the trunk.

I propose using bzr instead of svn or git, simply because bzr is much easier to use and we can all contribute much more easily then. Plus there is the advantage of bzr being integrated with launchpad so we can have our own bug tracker, blueprints, answers and translations.

The one thing i dont want is for this project to go inactive, because then this great idea will be lost.
