Check the man page
http://duplicity.nongnu.org/duplicity.1.html

especially the chapters URL Format. Use the env vars AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID,
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY for authentication.

For ease of use consider using a script like duply or one from from
http://duplicity.nongnu.org/contrib.html .
