this happens when a volume is missing. unfortunately you cannot limit
collection-status to a specific date, so it will always fail.
you can however move all files of the incremental backup and _all_
following incremental backups out of the way, say in a subfolder on your
backend, simulating they never happend. assuming the full and all inc's
up to this incremental have no missing files you will have backups up to
the corrupted date.
