The proposal to merge lp:~ed.so/duplicity/readd.optional.ncftp into lp:duplicity has been updated.

Description changed to:

- readd ncftp as optional ftp backend
  ftp backends selectable via lftp+, ncftp+ prefixes
  adopt changes to manpage
  some more manpage cleanups
