according to
 https://www.google.com/search?q=s3+file+size+limit
the max. size is 5GB, which you seem to have passed already. the faq hints that multipart upload solves the issue, which you chose as well.

please everybody with this issue use '--s3-use-multiprocessing' as a
workaround if possible until one day some kind soul implements signature
splitting.
