[Question #273009]: file duplicity-full-xxxxx.difftar.gpg was corrupted during upload. Using 0.7.05 in ubuntu 15.10 fresh install

This problem emrged for the first time in ubuntu 15.04. I was using duplicity (through deja dup) in previous  versions of ubuntu.
