[Question #280864]: --progress gives stalled progress with b2?

New question #280864 on Duplicity:
https://answers.launchpad.net/duplicity/+question/280864

Unsure wether to just go ahead and file a bug, but I'm not getting any progress with the --progress option and the b2 backend (although I haven't tried any others).

python 2.7.9
duplicity 0.7.06

here's what I get until it finishes, with progress-rate set to 15
