No need to apologize for asking a question! (despite  what some people
may tell you)

First of  all, general concensus is head shop kratom is overpriced and
of poor quality.  Now you said "herbal shop" so I'm not  really  sure
what that  means, is it a head shop?

Do you have anyways you can explain roughly how much  you took?  Did you
use a tablespoon, teaspoon?
