  Time says "12 AM", "1 AM" on the hour.

  On Ubuntu Touch 20130903 the time in the top right shows at 1AM:-

  1 AM

  At one minute past it shows.

  1:01 AM

  Surely 1AM should be shown as:-

  1:00 AM

  ?
