Title:
Week 42 - BFB icon in keynav mode is hidden on top when launcher has
  too many icons to show

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-team/sru

Issue: BFB icon in keynav mode is hidden on top when launcher has too
many icons to show. Looks like it remembers the previous direction of
mouse movements on launcher and based on this in keynav mode launcher
adjusts itself without considering the position of keynav mode icon.
Not sure if this is expected behaviour?

  Action:
  - Make sure launcher has many icons, more than what it can display in normal view so that some icons are folded at the bottom end of the launcher.
  - Move the mouse at the very bottom of the launcher
  - Move the mouse away from launcher
  - Now press Alt+F1
  - Observe that all launcher icons unfold and move upwards resulting in hidden BFB icon even though the keynav mode control is on BFB.

Additional info- If before going into keynav mode, if user has moved
the cursor to the top end of the launcher, in this case pressing
Alt+F1 will cause the launcher icons to unfold and move downwards and
BFB icon is visible in keynav mode.
