bluez-simple-agent got around the bug with 13.04 64, at least with
sending. Thanks to #36 chrmhoffmann!

Bug description:
  I'm using 13.04 and i can't send file from my netbook to my phone via
  bluetooth. Worked on 12.10 (I use Lenovo 3000 N200) after installing
  Blueman Bluetooth Manager problem solved.
