** Description changed:

- I bootstrapped a maguro with the 20130905.1 images, and when it came up,
- the battery indicator showed a small red bar with a charging icon, even
- though the battery was full.  If I unplug it and plug it back in, it
- shows a full/charging icon.  If I boot up with it not plugged in, it
- shows the expected icons.
