  Ubuntu 13.04, the mouse settings will not save

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I upgraded to Version 13.04, and i tried to change some of the
  settings for the mouse speed but when i close the settings panel. The
  setting go back to the default settings and there is no apply button
  there to be sure that it is apply, how can i change the settings and
  it remain change?
