[Bug 1223739] Re: Launcher - unable to reveal Launcher under autohide after using the touch screen

+ To Reproduce (in a system with a touch screen)
- 1. Set the Launcher to autohide
+ 1. Boot the system and don't touch the screen
+ 2. Set the Launcher to autohide
+ 3. Move the cursor to the left (using the touchpad or an external mouse)
+ 4. The Launcher is revealed successfully
+ 5. Wait until the launcher hides again
+ 6. Now, touch the screen for the first time (no matter where you touch the screen)
+ 7. Now, use again the touchpad or external mouse to move the cursor to the left to reveal the Launcher
- 2. On any system (have tried on some Dell systems and some HP systems)
- which supports single touch

1. Boot the system and don't touch the screen
2. Set the Launcher to autohide
3. Move the cursor to the left (using the touchpad or an external mouse)
4. The Launcher is revealed successfully
5. Wait until the launcher hides again
6. Now, touch the screen for the first time (no matter where you touch the screen)
7. Now, use again the touchpad or external mouse to move the cursor to the left to reveal the Launcher
Expected result: Launcher is revealed
Actual result: Launcher cannot be revealed.
Additional information:
