I hope screen lock will use lightdm instead of lock window and this bug
dissapear automatically.

  can not change keyboard layout in lock screen

Bug description:
  I have two keyboard layouts: english and russian.  My password consist of english chars.
  New ubuntu layout changer did not work on lock screen, so if i lock screen when russian keyboard layout selected, i can not unlock it. 

  Workaround: click "switch user" and login to own user from lightdm.
