Title:
Scrolling over the indicator is inconsistent with the menu entry

Status in Indicator Display Objects:
  Fix Committed
Status in “ido” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Scrolling down over the indicator makes the volume to decrease, while
scrolling down over the indicator menu item's scale makes the volume
to increase (and the other way around). This is inconsistent and the
two actions should match the result.
