Two-finger scrolling is checked (and unable to be unchecked) in
settings, but neither it nor the scrolling section of the touchpad
works.

  Touchpad scrolling doesn't work in Unity

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Scrolling by moving my finger over the far-right of the touchpad is no
  longer working on my Dell 1420. I was not sure which package to put it
  under so please reassign as necessary. It works just fine if I log in
  to lxde so it appears to me to be a Unity problem.
